Sofa out, new chairs in!

         Our shop is not huge so everytime we sell something we install something new and the shop then takes on a different ambiance! We have a lot of lovely things for the summer months and will keep you posted.

New theme at the shop …

Chaty, Vallauris Sunburst Mirror at 1 meter diameter! Fabulous

Our trip to France was great! We drove all the way to La Baule in the Pays de la Loire region for this Chaty, Vallauris sunburst mirror and we were not dissappointed! The mirror is absolutely stunning and in fab condition … no dings or dents. It's the first Chaty we have had this size…

Chaty, Vallauris Sunburst Mirrors

I've been treasure hunting and have found more gilt metal sunburst mirrors from the designer Chaty of Vallauris, France.         Circa 1950's. The mirrors have the makers mark 'Chaty, Vallauris A.M' on the reverse and all are in good to excellent condition. Some have the original convex mirrors still intact and one is 93 cms diameter!…
