At 103cms, including shade, his fabulously huge Spanish ceramic table lamp was a find! Handcrafted by ‘Cerámicas Bondia’, one of the most prestigious ceramic houses of Manises, Spain who still produce quality lighting to this day! Covered in intricate leaf design, this lamp is the largest I have ever seen.
Often referred to as ‘Casa Pupo’ or ‘Manises’ lamps, a generic term for lighting produced in an area outside of Valencia, these lamps are gorgeous, and it’s amazing that they have survived! It would make a statement in any home.
The lamp is from 1950/60’s, has intricate leaf detailing, and it is in excellent condition.
